Button Bay is truly one of the most beautiful sites on Lake Champlain. Osprey and Mergansers are common sights. Spectacular sunsets provide the backdrop for views of the highest peaks of the Adirondack. This 2 bedroom cottage sleeps 6 and is fully equipped with appliances. The screened in porch looks directly onto Lake Champlain. A gentle series of steps and landings provide spectacular views. Visitors have exclusive rights to 150 feet of lake shore.
The address is 158 Button Bay Lane, Ferrisburg, VT 05491. Basin Harbor Club (18 hole golf club), Button Bay State Park (with boat launch), and the Lake Champlain Maritime Museum are within 2 miles. The charming city of Vergennes is 7 miles away.
The week runs from 2:00pm Saturday to 10:00am the following Saturday. The weekly rate is $650/week along with a $100 deposit, damage and cleaning fee. Vermont 9% rooms tax will be added. Reservations are secured with non-refundable payment of $300. Balance of $350 (+$58.50 tax) and check for $100 deposit is due at check in. Garbage left behind is charged at $4 per 30gal bag. Clean towels and sheets are provided. The $100 deposit will be returned upon a clean and damage free departure.
